Pardini's teaching experience includes working in traditional classrooms, as an online instructor, and as a one-on-one tutor and writing coach. She currently is an instructor with the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth (WCATY), teaching journalism, creative writing, and literature. She has taught in WCATY's online Academy and in its summer enrichment programs. She holds a holds a bachelor's degree in English Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree in Exceptional Education with a specialty in teaching gifted students from the West Virginia College of Graduate Studies (currently Marshall University).
